Field with Flowers

This was my most favorite piece, it is not the end of the year yet, but this is my most favorite piece, the colors of this piece contrast so well that it makes me feel at home. This piece was my happy place, I had imagined my happy place and then I had a photo reference with what I wanted in my happy place, I was inspired very much by floral patters so I had decided to imprint onto the painting big red flowers in the wheat fields to make it look unnatural while the blue sky made it seem like a night time the yellow fields made it seem like dawn of a new day.
